The bed was only a box spring, with no mattress, so we piled on as much bedding as we could to make it softer. I didn't use the hot springs or pool, though they looked OK through the stairway window. The things I had to touch and use seemed unclean, which put me off. If the areas that looked dirty weren't being cared for, I had to wonder how clean the parts that appeared fine really were. The lobby looks inviting, but the rest of the place didn't live up to it. I added photos to show what I mean. The brochure pictures look much better than reality, so I wouldn't trust them. Maybe they'll fix the run-down property up to match those pictures someday.

The poor soundproofing kept me awake all night. I could hear footsteps overhead, water moving through the pipes, the bathroom fan, and the air conditioner. The room itself was old and smelled bad, and even turning over in bed disturbed the person beside me. The bathtub was very worn as well. During Chinese New Year, the four-person room cost 4800, with no breakfast included, and parking spots were easily taken. For that price, it was very expensive.
