Terrible! My family and I had a horrible stay. The hosts were rude and unprofessional, even yelling while we were trying to understand the trips and other things they were upselling. Their refund policies were bad, and we ended up with very expensive bills. They also charged for airport transfer even though the website said airport pickup was free. The location was too far from everything else, too. It was a terrible experience, and I’d never stay here again. Please spread the word!

The owner was very helpful and offered the services we needed. The guesthouse is easy to reach from the south and not far from the city center. Highly recommended.

The owner and his wife were warm, attentive, and friendly. It’s close to the city center, and I’d gladly stay again next time I get the chance. I’d recommend it to friends, too.

The staff patiently helped us rent a car and enthusiastically explained and arranged itineraries for the attractions. The guesthouse is conveniently close to various sights, and the room was clean with great air conditioning 👍. I’ll definitely come back to Penghu! 🦀🦀🦀
