The sound carries badly through the walls. Hallway noise and people in other rooms came straight through. I was jet-lagged and went to bed fine, but woke up hearing people moving around, so it may not suit early sleepers. The location is great: two minutes on foot to the subway and bus, under a minute to FamilyMart, and taxis are easy to hail nearby. There’s a cute indoor courtyard, Ubikes about a five-minute walk away, and my cousin took me by scooter to a nightmarket roughly ten minutes away. The rooms are a bit small and dated by western standards, though they have made an effort to update them. It’s a simple 3 star hotel, with a great location.

The price was reasonable, and the staff were friendly rather than stern. Getting around was easy with buses and the MRT nearby. Soundproofing could be better, but I still got a good rest. Thumbs up!

It’s comfortable enough for resting and sleeping, even though the room isn’t spacious. The location is strategic, close to bus and MRT stations, so you don’t have to walk far. For the price, I think it’s good, and the service is friendly around the clock.

The surroundings were clean and tidy, with good amenities nearby, and the landlord was kind and polite. I’m grateful to the government for arranging accommodation after my home caught fire on December 24th, and thankful to the landlord for working with them and letting me spend a peaceful night on such an unsettling Christmas Eve.
