From our window we could see the mountains, village, and sea, since the place sits high up in the village. Jiufen Old Street is about a 10-minute walk, either by the pretty stairs between houses or by the road outside. It’s quiet there but still convenient, and there’s a bus stop just off the street. The location was perfect for us. The host was very friendly and suggested several local viewpoints we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Breakfast was included and nice.

We had room to park our bikes, and in the morning there was a beautiful view of the mountains and sea. The place felt cozy and charming, good value for the price, and they were very accommodating when we arrived really late.

The owner was very friendly, and the place was clean. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Jiufen Old Street, though you have to climb quite a lot of stairs.
