Wanli Spa & Resort

This place feels like a ghost hotel. I won't be back.

The hot spring pool was usable, with good-quality water and adjustable temperature. Parking was convenient, and Jinshan Old Street was close by. The rooms were generally clean, and the beds soft and comfortable. Breakfast came with McDonald's vouchers at a reasonable price. I left something behind and was already far away by the time they contacted me. I'd told the club I didn't need it, but they offered to mail it back. I really appreciated that, the service was excellent.

The place was a mess and extremely dirty. There were dead cockroaches inside the cabinets when they were moved, and the kettle leaked. One outlet worked, but another was broken. The refrigerator still had belongings from the previous guest.

The spring water was the one thing I found acceptable. The rooms are worn out, and nothing seems to have been repaired. Breakfast was just a small sandwich with a little cup of milk tea, which isn't enough for everyone. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
