There's a market right outside, so you wake up immersed in Taiwanese culture. That's part of the experience of coming to Taiwan. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and patiently answered my many questions. The bathroom reminded me of Japanese bathrooms, which didn't surprise me. Be careful in the shower, though. If someone flushes or turns on a sink in the hotel, your water can get scalding hot! 🤣😅 My wife booked this hotel thinking we'd just sleep here, and that's a good description. It's a great place to rest and put your feet up before the next day's adventures. I'll keep teasing her for choosing it, but I'm glad she jumps into things to give our family a full taste of each country's culture. All gas no breaks!

The owner and front of house were exceptionally friendly, respectful, and helpful. I traveled solo and had a spacious, quiet room with two double beds to choose from. The amenities were great. It's a short walk to Nanya Night Market and close to Fuzhong and Banqiao stations on the blue line. The TV has an English section with all the exciting entertainment Taiwanese hotels have to offer.

The rooms are newly refurbished, and some even have a water dispenser. Rates are fairly affordable, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is a little hard to spot, tucked down an aisle off the street, but still accessible. In the morning, that aisle turns into a wet market. It may seem unpleasant, but I'd definitely come back if I had another chance.

The rooms were clean, but the fridge was really dirty, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom 😣😢
