The hot springs were the best part of our three-night stay, relaxing and enjoyable for everyone. The staff were also very friendly to our multigenerational family, which included an 80-year-old, our 4-year-old daughter, and an 1-year-old toddler. One thing to watch is the bathroom. The stone edges around the base of the tub stick out a little and are quite sharp, so it's easy to stub or hurt your toes if you aren't careful. Seniors or toddlers who are unsteady, especially around the splash zones, should take extra care.

We took a quick trip from Taipei after a friend told us about the famous hot springs, and this place lived up to it. Our three-hour room booking gave us plenty of time for the hot spring tub and a delicious hot pot feast for two, even though there were three of us. The tub was so relaxing that we wished we'd had longer.

It was very quiet here in this rural area, and parking is available at the hotel. In the Water suite, the two extra beds in the small room were hard enough that we could feel the floor or springs. For the TV, you need to ask reception for the Chromecast remote or entertainment system; otherwise, you just get a remote with basic channels. The AC and lights can be adjusted using either an AI clock or the all-in-one wall-mounted device. Service was fine, but when we asked about an entertainment system, the staff said they'd lost the keys to the system(s).

The room was spacious, the facilities new, and the hot spring bath was good. They bring breakfast to your room, so you can enjoy it without any hassle.
