They offered us rides a few times, and when one of my relatives got sick, the staff even volunteered to take them to the clinic. Everyone was so friendly and treated us like family. Very good!

The rooms were kept clean and tidy, and there was a laundry room as well as a tea room. The landlady was really friendly.

The shared washing machine was such a thoughtful help. With a small baby, it meant we had somewhere to wash clothes if we suddenly needed extras. We stayed with our family for three days and two nights over the New Year's holiday. The area was quiet, and everything felt very clean. The soft bed was comfortable, as were the down comforter and pillows. They also had a bathtub and a little stool, which made things convenient with the baby.
