On checkout, Aimee was attentive and gave us a cup holder bag for leaving a Google Review. There was no deposit required when we checked in. We asked for extra pillows and a toothbrush and got them at no extra charge. The room was decently clean and I slept well, though I can't say much about the soundproofing. I didn't hear anything during our three days there. The toilet was a little small. It was my first time in Taichung, and the service here was pretty good. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Fengjia Night Market. There's a bus stop downstairs, which made getting around fairly easy, although buses could be as much as 30 minutes apart. A 24-hour laundry service is right beside the hotel.

Green Hotel had a cozy, relaxing feel, and the location was convenient. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and helpful, greeting us with smiles. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'd happily come back. Highly recommended!

I was nervous about the hotel's location and surroundings since this was my first trip to Taiwan. We got there at 10:30 in the morning, before the room was ready, but the reception staff registered us, explained the situation politely, and suggested we explore and come back after 3. The room was clean, tidy, and nicely spacious once we checked in. Feng Jia Night Market is only about a five-minute walk away.

We slept well because the rooms were quiet, and they had plenty of space. There are lots of places to eat close by, with Feng Jia Night Market just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and great, and Adeline was especially helpful.

Peter looked after us and even joined in with our midnight hotel treasure hunt, HAHA. The place has little exhibits that are fun to explore, and the hotel's design feels like someone put real effort into it. I also liked that they support sustainability.
