The beds were firm and comfortable, and the whole hotel felt clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Yizhou night market is across the road, with trendy shops and a huge department store just down the road. It’s a very central location for places of interest, and a very good hotel.

The room was spacious enough for four of us, with two queen-size beds. The hotel is conveniently near the night market, and there are a few high shops nearby for shopping.

A neat, simple, functional room with great lighting. It had no window, but we hadn’t asked for one, so that was okay. Very nice.

For my three weeks in Taiwan, this was by far my most accommodating hotel experience. Having important things included made it easier to explore. The full World Gym access is a dream for bodybuilders, with serious weight training equipment, trainers, and group fitness. There’s also an included breakfast buffet, though the selections are random, and the busy night market is across the street with plenty of clothes shopping nearby. The neighborhood is lively and full of young students. A lot of conveniences are included, like a free washer and dryer, but the dryers can only handle light items and take forever, so space out your laundry during your stay. Free Wi-Fi gets very spotty when the hotel is fully booked. The included breakfast buffet is very limited if you want a clean, healthy first meal, and after a week you quickly get tired of the same choices. Gym access is limited to one workout per day. I’m spoiled, so anyone trying to do split workouts will need to buy additional access. Rooms near the gym hear the classes, but they end before typical bedtime.
