Very convenient spot, right beside fengjia night market.

The rooms are small, with poorly placed furniture, and family rooms seem almost the same size as other rooms, just with an extra bed. The lighting is poor in both the room and toilet. The toilet floor is extremely slippery and dangerous. The air conditioning drips and makes noise, and there’s no soundproofing, so outside noise comes through. There are lobby areas on different floors, but the hotel doesn’t control visitor noise. Families were talking loudly, laughing, screaming, and shouting there at 2300, 0000, and later. When I complained to reception, they gave the family my room number. I couldn’t believe they revealed a customer’s room number without enforcing the hotel rules. A family member then retaliated by calling my room several times after 0000 and disturbing us late at night. If I were the boss, I’d fire the receptionist on duty on the night of 17oct, a guy, and put strict hotel rules in place. The service was ridiculously poor, and the hotel is very rundown. The rating can’t be trusted. The receptionist, room quality, and amenities were all horrible. They also let outside cars use the carpark, so the two lifts get crowded and busy for hotel guests. Stay away.

The four-person room felt cramped, with hardly any space for everyone’s luggage, and the two-person room was small too. Still, the bed was comfortable and the decor was okay. My family and I had worried after reading the reviews before our Taiwan trip, but once we arrived, it wasn’t as bad as people had made it sound. It was fine for one night before we moved on.
