Getting around was a little inconvenient: the hotel is some distance from the MRT, though there are bus stops nearby, and a taxi or Uber may be easier. Family Mart is the only convenience store close by, with little else in the immediate area. The room kettle couldn't be used with the plug type, so boiled water meant going to the lobby. I also had to call to confirm because the hotel didn't answer my email. The room was comfortable for two, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It was cleaned each day, with fresh towels and bottled water. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the hot water and pressure were excellent. Wi-Fi worked well for general use, and free washers and dryers were available. The room wasn't very soundproof, so I could hear some noise from neighbors and people passing by. Staff were okay and understandable in English. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they stored my luggage before and after the stay. A good place if you mainly need somewhere comfortable to sleep.
