Greenight Hotel

While I was trying to make a reservation, a woman answered the phone, spoke with me briefly, then deliberately hung up. The staff member was rude.

Angela was wonderful. She suggested places for us to visit and helped put together the most convenient route, and the service from her was amazing. The hotel was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected from the photos. It's not too far from the city center, and we usually took Uber or the bus. They also had complimentary snacks and water.

They made parking work even though we'd forgotten to tell them we had a big car. Staff arranged a spot and even got another vehicle moved inside so our Starex could fit. The car park holds seven cars, with a height limit of about 1.9m. There's free drinks and biscuits on level 1, plus toys in the kids' play area. Food and shopping are easy to reach on foot, and the rooms were clean and fine for two. My room, 409, had occasional WiFi dropouts and loud outside noises that lasted minutes, so light sleepers might want to avoid it. The toilet was also too small for me to wash without hitting the wall. Room 406 had two beds bigger than my queen, though the room looked about the same size, and room 403 had a chair. The location was great.

The rates made this a good stay. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. It's in a lively part of town, with good food, a big park, and a department store right outside. Service was awesome. I'd recommend it.
