The layout worked well for practical needs, with convenient places to hang, dry, and sort our things. We had the larger room with double beds and the big windows shown in the pictures. Best of all, it was genuinely clean, which is hard to find in Taiwan without paying for a four- or five-star hotel. Credit to the cleaning staff. The downside was the noise: even on the 9th floor, Zhonghua Road traffic came through the single-glazed windows, especially the steady stream of scooters and cars.

I had the female dorm to myself for two days, so it was a quiet, pleasant stay. The city views were great, and both the room and bathroom were clean. No complaints!

Finding the hotel for the first time can be a little confusing because the building is shared. **Happy Inn** is on the 10th floor. Once there, I found the place comfortable and clean, with spacious rooms and a clean bathroom. The receptionist was friendly and clearly explained the rules. They also provide free drinking water, a lounge, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and other facilities. I'm very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend it! 😁👍

It's a cozy little hostel, and the staff make an effort to clean every day. The toilet was clean, and the place seemed recently renovated. Right outside is Zhong Hua night market, with plenty of food nearby and mini marts for convenience. Recommended.
