Check-in was quick, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being able to check out at noon. The room was comfortable, with a couch and a big bathroom with a tub. The shower pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. The large TV and reliable internet were nice too. This is my favorite hotel in Taichung so far, and I’d happily stay again. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

The hotel is in a great spot, about 100 meters from the nearest bus stop. For getting around the city efficiently, though, I’d still suggest renting a taxi. The staff were very helpful and even called one for me. We were glad we chose this place for our Taichung trip. The room had enough space, with clean bedding and a clean bathroom. The interiors were classy, and the hot water worked well. We’ll definitely stay here again next time.

There’s free coffee in the lobby and a water tank, and the room can be cleaned daily. Our room was spacious and had plenty of facilities. The hotel is on Taichung’s main road, close to a laundry place and lots of neighborhood restaurants.

I stayed at Hotel Maple for work and found the location very convenient. The staff were professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly, and they handled every request with care. Food arrived on time, and I had no problems with its delivery. The rooms are spacious, with elegant, modern finishes and pleasant views. I’m grateful for the hospitality and the memorable stay, and would be glad to return in the future.

Our family had a great stay. For such an affordable price, the hotel gave us better quality and service than we expected.
