Golden Tulip Hotel Taichung

The area isn't ideal for leisure, but this hotel is very handy if you need to work near Taichung port. It's close by, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful too, especially Kim, Eni, and Rex.

Matina, the Sales specialist at the front desk, made a real impression on me. She was warm, professional, and went out of her way to make sure my stay was good. The rest of the staff also made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. My room was bright, spotless, and comfortable, with a large cozy bed that gave me a great night's sleep. Everything seemed thoughtfully prepared, and the atmosphere felt both relaxing and elegant. I was also struck by how kind and welcoming Taiwanese people were everywhere I went. Their smiles and helpfulness added a lot to the trip. I had a fantastic stay at the Golden Tulip in Wuqi, Taichung, and highly recommend it. The clean, spacious rooms and caring service, especially Matina's, made it memorable.

For a stay near Taichung Harbour, this place works well. The rooms were clean and the staff very nice, though the food could be better. There are plenty of local places to eat close by.
