We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located in Taichung, close to the main night market and other convenience stores. Front desk service was excellent, and they made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and neat, fine for the price but nothing special. There’s a nice roof garden. Breakfast is served in the main dining area on the ground floor. The food selection was wide, though quality was only slightly above average. Parking is quite limited, and getting into the car park took a long time during the weekend evening rush.

The location works really well for a visit to Feng Chia University of the Night Market. It’s just beyond the market area, so it stays quiet. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the staff are helpful. Breakfast had a nice range of choices, and there’s even a free foot spa on the roof.

The neighborhood stays pretty quiet in the daytime, since most nearby places open in the evening. Once they do, there’s lots of food and shopping around. In Sky Hotel is convenient, though some things could use attention: the furniture seemed dusty and old, and the toilet seat had a yellowish mark. It isn’t heated, which could be uncomfortable in cold weather, and there’s no room service for meals. It’s an okay place to stay, but some upkeep and service changes would help.

Breakfast was tasty, with a good range of options, and the price felt affordable for what you get. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and there’s a self-service foot spa upstairs, which was a nice extra. Fengjia Night Market is an easy walk away, handy for shopping and finding food. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying nearby.

A good spot for a buffet and a room. I’d recommend it.
