Kloud Hotel

It was a memorable stay, and we're looking forward to the chance to come back. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, and the staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, with warm smiles and helpful attitudes. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I'd recommend Kloud Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It's also close to convenience stores and night markets.

I arrived at 2:20pm on a very hot summer day, but had to wait until 3.00pm. The hotel won't allow early check-in, not even by one minute. There was no receptionist at the desk, only kiosks, and I couldn't find my booking in the system using either my name or booking number. I had to call, and a receptionist came over right after and helped locate it. If you can put up with this inflexible setup, you can stay here.

We were a family of four, and having two toilets and two sinks in the room was so convenient. The beds gave us the best sleep of our Taiwan trip, and the rooms felt new enough. Self check-in and check-out were easy, and when we called for help with anything, someone arrived promptly. We moved to another hotel for the rest of our stay but wished we'd stayed here longer. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with our first stay at Kloud Hotel in Taichung’s Xitun District, from November 11 to 14, 2024. Our high-floor family suite was luxurious and well equipped, with lovely views of the park and central mountains. The beds were comfortable, and the hot water and pressure were excellent after a day of sightseeing. It was very clean, and having two bidet toilets in a family room was a rare, thoughtful touch. The lobby's self-check-in was quick and efficient. Whenever we needed help, staff were friendly and responded quickly. Special thanks to two male staff members whose prompt, warm service went above and beyond and made us feel valued. Breakfast could use more variety and refinement. The restaurant is spacious, stylish, well equipped, and on a high floor with fantastic views of Xitun. The food could better match the setting. We think most guests would appreciate an upgrade, even with a slight price increase, and it would make the hotel even more appealing.
