I’d seen a few Google reviews and started worrying about noise and soundproofing, but my ninth-floor room was quiet. The window faced a highway, though the traffic didn’t bother me. There weren’t any night markets or loud restaurants nearby, and the neighbors were quiet too. The room and bathroom were clean. Staff were friendly and professional, there was free coffee from a machine on the first floor, and free laundry and a gym on the seventh. Parking was free as well. A great fit for a business trip, I’d recommend it.

The front desk staff were friendly, but kept dodging the problems with the room. It was leaking, and the walls had a lot of mold. They offered no apology, compensation, or alternative solution.

The hotel looked great and the service was good, apart from one issue: they lost a pair of our pants while cleaning. When we brought it up, they said they’d mail them if they found them and gave us a gift bag to make up for it. Still a very good stay.

The hotel is fairly new, and the beds and renovation in the rooms are nice. It’s also quite close to feng Jia night market. But the night-shift receptionist was rude, and I was very unhappy with the service. When we asked for toilet paper and tissues to be replenished, they told us to go downstairs and get them ourselves. One of our friends also had bed bugs and fleas in their room. My room didn’t have them.

We paid $10k for two nights. The pillows went flat when I lay down, the wallpaper was peeling, and water was leaking in from the window, though I have no idea where it came from. There was no closet space, and the room was so dusty that my allergies went crazy. Free coffee in the lobby. There’s free indoor and outdoor parking, but indoor spaces are limited and it’s small.
