The rooms are fresh and well kept, and the breakfast spread is worth the price. It's a fair place to stay for what you pay, especially if you just need somewhere to sleep. Having to pick a fixed breakfast time slot is a hassle, though, and the rigid schedule made the stay less convenient.

Breakfast runs until 10, but when we came down at 9, a lot of the food hadn't been replenished. The rooms were smaller and dirtier than they looked in the photos. The gym is missing equipment, and staff said it hadn't been replaced for years.

The room was acceptable, though some equipment was worn out, including a loose lamp and shower handle. The cleaning team were friendly and helpful, and the other staff were okay. There wasn't much of a view. My stay felt pleasant until two separate encounters on different days. A middle-aged female front desk staff member wearing glasses was rude and unprofessional toward the kids. Another staff member stopped them several times from taking food, saying they were disturbing other guests. Why couldn't they take food at a buffet? If you're travelling with more than one child, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Gongyi Road is within walking distance. The nearest MRT station is a bit far, but getting an Uber was no trouble. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and there was free coffee in the lobby.
