Kids will love staying here, and there’s plenty to keep them entertained without going far. It’s also 15-20 min from many tourist spots. Highly recommend it for a family trip.

On weekdays the play area was almost empty, and the kids had a great time without it feeling crowded. The double room was large and comfortable, and the soundproofing was pretty good. Breakfast was decent, with children’s high chairs and tableware. On weekends, get there early if you want to avoid a wait. There are 7-Eleven coin-operated vending machines and a microwave, and they even had corn for the kids. I’d happily stay in a double room again. My second visit was in a Classic Villa, and that stay was just okay. It offered private parking and a Jacuzzi, but the other facilities seemed much like those in the main hotel’s double room. The door between the parking space and room wouldn’t lock, and the stairs were high. The doorway was only about 100cm tall, so I worried a child could fall out. At night, the air conditioning vent above and to the left of the bed made one person cold and the other hot, which made sleeping difficult. I could hear cars parking, turning, and unlocking doors below, and the wooden floor creaked under the bed whenever I turned over. I wouldn’t choose that room type again.

The villa was spacious, the service was excellent, and the surroundings were fantastic. Though it was on the first floor with a private parking space, I only heard a little driveway noise before bed, and it didn’t disturb my sleep. They’d thoughtfully provided children’s slippers. At the Koala Playground, children are weighed, and those over 20kg can’t drive the electric vehicles. There’s a portable Panasonic EH-EN14 hairdryer, and plates are available at the lobby welcome and beverage bar.
