The room had plenty of outlets and a TV that streamed YouTube and Netflix. It was spacious, bright, and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and polite. Wusheng Night Market is very close, and there's indoor motorcycle parking. The only drawback for me was the slightly low water pressure.

The double room cost $1380, though Agoda prices fluctuate, so I thought it was good value. The room was clean, with an okay bed and pillows, and a big bathtub that took ages to fill. Water temperature in both the shower and bath was inconsistent, and the soundproofing was poor enough that hallway conversations came through clearly. The location is a little out of the way from my favorite shops, restaurants, and the City Walk area. A taxi fare is acceptable, but walking is too far. The first floor is nicely decorated. We didn't get to the rooftop because we were short on time, and the outdoor sky cinema wasn't open yet. Late checkout comes with a penalty. Checkout was at 11:00, but they called at 10:50 to announce that checkout time was up. That was stressful. 😅

202605 We had a lovely four-person room at a reasonable price, and the first floor was roomy and comfortable. There are lots of public facilities upstairs to use. The soundproofing was good during our stay, and we didn't hear any noise. I'd recommend it to families traveling with children and would definitely come back.

Our original room's air conditioning wasn't working. We told the front desk and were moved next door to the same type of room, but that air conditioner was broken too. It took almost an hour to sort out, and we weren't settled until nearly midnight, which really affected our rest and the whole stay. The room we eventually got was much smaller and was a disabled room, a clear step down from what we'd reserved and paid for. At checkout the next day, nobody showed concern or offered compensation. When we raised the mismatch, the front desk said the room sizes were about the same, which made it feel like they didn't care. They eventually offered milk tea as an apology, but it felt insincere after the disruption all night. I understand they may have had few rooms available that day, but the equipment issues, repeated moves, downgrade, and way the complaint was handled left me very disappointed. I won't stay there again.
