The room was on the small side, but the facilities were good and the staff were friendly. They even gave us a New Year’s gift as a souvenir. The only letdown was that the room sometimes smelled bad.

The snacks were such a treat, and the drinks and alcohol were free too. The staff were thoughtful and friendly. Since my child had fallen asleep when we checked in, they quickly handled the booking and pushed the beds together for us. The room looked even nicer than the photos, and the corridor by the MRT makes it a great fit for train fans. Once you check in, it’s hard to feel like going back out! I was lucky to get a triple room across from 7-11. It was clean and had no smell, and it was child-friendly, with a bathtub and a little chair. Taipei Station Z10 Exit is a five-minute walk away and easy to spot. The place opened in March 2020, and you can make reservations by phone. Very friendly, with really good value for money. Highly recommend ❤️
I stay here for a night or two almost every week, and this is my first review I’ve written voluntarily. The rooms are carefully cleaned, and the staff are lovely. Once they even folded and put away clothes I’d left lying around, which was so thoughtful. There are free snacks and drinks, including black coffee, so I don’t have to go out for coffee. The toilets flush too, which is great! The place is comfortable, well located, and has good facilities for the price. Although there are cheaper hotels, I’d rather spend a little extra for the convenience and comfort here. Whenever I leave, the staff say, “Goodbye, and welcome back anytime!” I think to myself, “I’ve already booked for next week, haha.” Sorry to see me again 😂 I absolutely love this place and sincerely recommend it. Five stars for Airport Express Hotel!
It took me a little while to find the hotel on my first visit because there’s no hotel sign. It’s in a commercial building behind a large bank sign. Once I spotted that from a distance, finding my way back was easy. The room price was reasonable, and I’d stay here again on another Taipei trip. Inside, the room and bathroom were clean and bright, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and having a free washer and dryer was really handy. It’s about a ten-minute walk from Taipei Main Station, with tasty restaurants nearby.
I heard someone say they might be closing. Really? That’d be such a shame. I brought my son to the children’s amusement park on February 21st this year, then we found this hotel for our visit to the Tomica exhibition the next day. It was great. There were drinks, desserts, snacks and coffee to help yourself to, plus POLA toiletries, a super comfortable bed, and a washer and dryer. There are also lots of restaurants nearby.
