The room lighting was too dim, and the AC still didn’t work properly after I reminded staff and asked for help. The toilet was out of order, and when I reported it, a staff member rudely asked irrelevant questions. Later they told me to come downstairs and use the hotel’s public toilets. I was placed on the third floor with a family. The management was disgusting, and the place was overpriced. Not a good experience.

The location is hard to fault, right beside Exit 3. The room itself was mediocre in every way, and the walls didn’t block much sound. I often heard other guests shutting their doors.

The location is fine, right beside the MRT, but the room was badly maintained. Water was actively leaking from the ceiling onto my suitcase. Staff first said it could be fixed and wouldn’t let me change rooms, so I had to insist.

It’s a pretty basic hotel, with rooms that aren’t especially big or nicely decorated, though that didn’t bother me much. The double bed was two separate mattresses, leaving a ridge down the middle, which did bother me. They say not to drink the tap water, but purified water is only available downstairs at reception, which was annoying.
