The room was large, but sadly not clean, and we were met by a strong cigarette smell. There was a brown stain in the toilet bowl, lots of hair on the bedsheet, and a used tissue on the floor. At night, we kept hearing knocking sounds near the lift lobby by our room. This was my first and last time here. The staff require you to leave your room card at reception whenever you go out because they're afraid you'll misplace it. Nobody mentioned this rule at check-in; we only found out the next day when heading out. The lady staff member was kind of rude while we discussed it.

I called after booking to check whether I could arrive early and park in the garage. Staff said I could use their outdoor lot if I came early. I specifically asked what if there weren't enough spaces, and was told I could park as soon as I arrived. But when I got there early today, the lot was full and there was nowhere to park. Then they said coming in early meant I had to pay a 600 yuan rest fee to park, even though it was less than an hour before opening time. Fine, the lot was full, but trying to charge me 600 yuan on the spot under the pretense of resting felt like a price hike.
