Getting a night taxi for 4:00am was difficult. The apps wouldn’t let us book ahead, and I wanted to check with staff, but couldn’t find anyone on Sunday evening. They also didn’t reply in the booking chat. Staff had been helpful otherwise, though they weren’t always around. The bed was comfortable, if a little short for me at 6'3, and there were plenty of mirrors as described. The room smelled pretty strong, possibly from bleach or anti-mold bathroom cleaning, and there was a dehumidifier. At first I noticed the front door unlocking through the night. It’s great value, near the MRT and local restaurants, and very easy to get around the city from here.

The self check-in is handy, and the place is central and close to the MRT. The room feels a bit old and has a bleach smell, so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive or have allergies. It was incredibly hard to find the receptionist in charge, too. They’re almost never there.

Great value, a really good bed, and the MRT is just steps away. There are tons of restaurants and shops right outside.

I had a terrible stay. The room was tiny and the carpet dusty, and cigarettes smelled throughout the room and hall even though I booked a non smoking room. It also didn’t feel child friendly with mirrors all over the room. The owner said I’d get a refund, but I still haven’t received it. He also sent me a rude, insulting message asking why I’d put on a children’s channel, even though I’m a mother traveling with a kid. I don’t trust the reviews either, since guests were getting Starbucks vouchers for leaving five star reviews.
