The chef really got the roast chicken right today. It was tender and juicy, and the fermented chili with yogurt sauce was a creative combination that worked perfectly. The new chef’s menu has impressed me. Even with the recent price increase, the food is worth much more than it costs. I’d definitely tell people to give it a try.

The rooms are fantastic, with lots of space and huge beds, though the mattresses were a bit firm. Service was incredible too. We had several car rental problems, and Lynn spent hours helping us sort them out, even calling other hotels to make things less stressful given the situation. She really went above and beyond. Thank you, Lynnn, and the whole staff.

We spent three nights here with my elderly parents and really enjoyed the stay. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff could communicate in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and helped us in all sorts of thoughtful ways: making a restaurant reservation, finding a cafe that fit our schedule, and locating a device store when I had trouble with my phone. Their hospitality and service were far more professional than we expected. We’re grateful to everyone. Thank you so much.

The front desk staff were polite and very friendly. The fried rice was much too salty, while the other dishes were just average.
