Inn Cube Ximen

Rooms are on the small side, but they're clean, and the location is good. Fine for spending a night or two.

The room is quite small and probably suits one person better. Some of the sliding door locks are easy to open with a fingernail. Even so, the place was fairly decent and comfortable.

The staff weren't very courteous when I was trying to check in. The facilities also fell short: the toilet wasn't in a good state, and the bed sheets looked as if they hadn't been properly cleaned or changed. I'd think twice about booking here for a pleasant Taipei vacation.

We had the Triple Room with Shared Bathroom for four nights. For the room fee, I thought this hotel was good. If you just need somewhere affordable to sleep at night, it's not a bad choice. The staff were service-minded and replied quickly to my messages on Agoda. The bathroom and toilet were clean, and the bath towels could be changed daily at no extra cost. There weren't hair or small towels. I did hear some noise from other guests at night, though it wasn't something the hotel could control. Everyone should remember to be as quiet as possible since this isn't a private home. I found the solution was to wear earplugs when sleeping; you can get them for free in the lobby.
