I’ve traveled for years, been to many countries, and mostly stayed in luxury hotels, but K linsen was a disappointment. The hotel charged me twice, leaving money pending on my credit card. The room’s double bed was actually two beds pushed together, with an uneven gap in the middle. I nearly fell into it at night and woke up with a backache. They also promised a free gift, but nothing was provided and no one said anything. The place felt run down, more like a two- or three-star hotel. The MRT isn’t close, and the location is a bit away from the city’s main attractions. I won’t return, and I wouldn’t recommend booking it.

They helped us receive a parcel and lent us umbrellas when it rained. The staff gave us five-star service, and the hotel was clean and bright, with free laundry. We really enjoyed the stay and would book again and recommend it.

It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a reliable, comfortable place with what you need. The rooms were modern, clean, and well kept, and I liked the minimalist style. Free bottled water, nonslip bathroom tiles, and a shower with strong pressure were thoughtful details. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Check-in is after 3 p.m. I’d happily stay again next time I’m in Taiwan.

A pleasant surprise in Taipei. The room wasn’t small and had a big bathroom. There are three metro stations nearby in Taipei’s main area. The hotel has water available freely, provides water bottles, and even has NESPRESSO!
