The neighborhood was quiet at night and felt safe, with Longshab Police Station just one corner away. Longshan Temple, bangka cultural hub, and bopilia historic block are right beside the hotel, the MRT is three minutes away, and Huaxi Street Night Market is a short walk. It has several Michelin Bib Gourmand spots, including Yuang Fan Gua Bao and Wang's Broth. I’d happily recommend the hotel to friends and family, and would book again when I’m back in Taiwan. My room was a little small but didn’t feel cramped. I liked the scent they use, including in the shampoo and body wash, and the automatic japanese toilet. For a boutique, the service was superb. They cleaned my room on the second day without me asking and restocked water and little snacks each time. The receptionists were warm and very helpful. Definitely a 5/5 stay.

This stay was nothing like the one I had a few years ago. There were ants all over the table when I entered. I switched rooms, but found hair, rubbish, and tissues across the floor, plus flying insects. I won’t come back. There are plenty of other places at this price.

Everyone here helped make our Taipei visit a 10 out of 10. The hotel is beautiful, and both the location and service were great. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The rooms were really quiet, and it was handy being close to the metro and local train stations. The hotel looks modern and beautiful inside and out, and the staff were helpful. The elevator is tiny, so it’s a squeeze for larger people or bulky bags. I’d stay again, though anyone wanting a roomy place might find it tight.

For exploring nearby sights, the location is very convenient: subway Exit 4 is close, the night market is just around the corner, and famous Longshan Temple is nearby. The room is quite small and the elevator is tiny, so lots of luggage could be a problem, but overall the area is easy to get around.
