The spa, pool, and other facilities made for a great stay, and the hotel itself was superb. Karan and his team took exceptional care of us. Ines made our visit lovely and looked after us so well. Mari, Christina, Alice, Chloe, and Sebastian made our lounge visits comfortable and enjoyable. Yvonne made the room feel like home each day, and Lisa at concierge helped with all our questions. The staff were amazing and went out of their way for us.

Everyone we met around the hotel, including the front desk staff, was friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were beautiful and well maintained, and the food and drinks were outstanding. Dinner at Ya Ge was one of the best meals of our trip. We hadn’t booked a roast duck in time, but were very happy they made one available for us. We’ve highly recommended M.O. Bar to others too, the cocktails were among the best we’ve had. Breakfast was delicious, and our biggest complaint was eating too much.

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The service was above and beyond, and breakfast was the highlight, an easy 10/10. The hotel combines luxury and convenience and sits right in the heart of the business district. A great experience from beginning to end.

The room was exceptionally spacious, with luxurious linens and towels, and having a water boiler there made a real difference for us. The mattress felt a bit lumpy, though, and we’d have preferred a firmer one. Room service was on point, and they made the room up twice daily to a high standard. We had three great nights at the MO Taipei. The welcome was warm, and the location worked well for us since we know the area. The grounds can be confusing to navigate, but that also makes the entrance feel private and convenient for taxis and Uber. We look forward to staying again.
