The room and bathroom were nice, and I had a pleasant stay. I just couldn't get help from the front desk when I needed it. I hadn't realized towels weren't included when I booked, since it said they were available, and I missed the sign saying you could buy them until another guest pointed it out. I went to get one at 9 am, then checked again at 10:15, but nobody was there and there was no number to call. I had to leave and buy a very small "towel" at the convenience store down the block. The desk attendant came in just as I returned.

The hostel was hard to find, with no signboard anywhere. When we arrived at 11 am, the administrator wouldn't let us in and told us to come back at 3 pm. He didn't open the door, and said we couldn't wait in the lobby, so we had to spend all four hours on the street. There were no curtains in the rooms, and the staff were very rude.

Quiet, clean, and cozy, and a good price for backpackers or budget travelers. The location is good too, especially since it's not far from Taipei main station.

There's no signboard, so the hostel is very hard to find. The administrator wouldn't let me in before check-in. The rooms aren't good, and the beds have no curtains.

The owner of mango, Bruce needs a vacation, two weeks next June. It'd be better to hire an assistant to help him so he can fix and clean the building.
