We’ll definitely come back on a future Taipei visit. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Nanxi Station, and our room was bright and clean. Reception and service were good and friendly. Please pass on our compliments to Ms Daisy Yu at the desk. She was courteous and helped us find out how to get to Keelung and Beitou. Since we arrived early, she also helped get our room ready sooner. She even helped us obtain official letters from Cathay Pacific about our delayed baggage.

The concierge kept our luggage safe and gave us a chance to rearrange our things before leaving. The reception and dining areas share one space, where you can relax or make a quick restroom visit. There are also Apple Macs for online access. We chose this hotel near Zhongshan station for the last day of our Taipei trip. Our room was spacious and had a tub. It was on the lobby floor, which made breakfast and complimentary drinks easy to reach.

The location is perfect and the staff are nice, but the black mold in the bathroom needs to be dealt with. The room smelled unbearable, and we spent as much time outside as we could. We slept with masks on, skipped showering there, and only showered after checking into the 5-star hotel. The bathroom was uninhabitable, and the mold could cause a health issue.

We were very happy with our stay. The location was amazing for getting to public transportation, dining, and shopping, and the staff were very friendly and gave top-notch service. Our family room was spacious, though it could use a refresh and more lighting. We appreciated the breakfast buffet. Since many guests are on vacation, it might be nice to extend breakfast hours if possible. Thank you.

Every guest seemed to get a smile from the staff. They listened carefully to what people needed and responded quickly with professional help. The team put a lot of care into room cleaning and catering, and their hard work made the trip more comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks for giving every visitor a wonderful stay.
