We booked the luxury double room, and it was very spacious, with an extremely cosy bed and pillows. The shower room was great too, with a large bath and strong water pressure. Staff were kind and friendly, and the cleaning ladies left us water bottles every time they cleaned. The vending machine also sells food and sanitary items, which was convenient. I wish there were outlets by the bed. Unfortunately, one of the cleaning ladies mistook a few souvenirs in a bag for rubbish and threw them away.

This is a great place to stay in Taipei’s Neihu section. The maid staff, front desk team, and restaurant staff were all excellent. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here alone on a business trip and got a great price. I liked the big, comfy bed and bidet toilet. I wish there were power outlets in the nightstand area so I could charge my phone nearby. It’s an excellent upscale hotel, highly recommended.

The breakfast was good, but they wouldn’t cover it, so the food got cold. See pics. At 11:30 pm, none of the lights in my room would switch off. The toilet only flushes sometimes, like it has a mind of its own. The room temperature control switch also powers off on its own. Strange.

A little old, but clean and in a decent location. The light kept switching on and off at night, so I had to wedge something against the card key to keep it in contact mode. There wasn’t a wall plug by the side table either.
