The location is superb and I didn’t have any other major complaints, but I can’t recommend the hotel if smoke is a problem for you. My non-smoking room still got air from an AC that sometimes smelled of secondhand smoke, as if it came from a smoking area. I was there in the cool season, so I could open the window instead of using the AC, though then there was all the noise. I wouldn’t want to stay there in summer. The shower had no curtain, which made bathing tricky. The room was generally clean, but there was a sealed pack of condoms on my nightstand when I arrived, so it must not have been cleaned after the previous guests.

We rested well and had a good stay. The place is nice, though I’d suggest putting four pillows in the room for couples. The TV volume also wouldn’t go up.

The location is fantastic if you want lots of food options, and the staff were friendly. Some of the floor interiors weren’t immaculate, but you’re not paying for a four-star resort. The room was very clean, including the bathroom, towels, shower and bed. Hot water came right away and the pressure was good.

Another hotel had left us stranded, but the staff here welcomed us warmly. They let us see the room before deciding how long to stay, and we ended up spending five nights. The cleaning lady told us each day what to wear and what the weather was like. We asked them not to change the sheets or towels, and they respected that. We used the washer and dryer twice without any problems. They helped us call a taxi. The room was clean and nice, though the kettle didn’t work, so we got hot water at reception instead. For me, the neighbourhood was quiet enough at night with the window open. Overall, it was great. Thank you!

The rooftop views are pretty good, and the hotel is close to lots of points of interest. The room was clean, but it had a cigarette smell that wouldn’t go away. I was surprised there wasn’t even basic bar soap.
