The housekeeping was very helpful, and the room was small. There's no lift, so be ready to use the stairs. ShihLin MRT is nearby, about a 10-minute walk. Overall, it's still a cheap and nice place to stay.

The location is a real plus: the subway is right across the street, with 7-11, FamilyMart, and food shops nearby. The room is small, but fine if you’re traveling with cabin luggage, and the hotel is only three floors. There’s no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your bags up the narrow stairs. Check-in is virtual through LINE and can take a while since there’s no reception. They don’t clean the room until checkout, and bottled water or toiletries may not be replenished every day. It’s affordable and pleasant as long as you’re not fussy.

Getting in was simple: use the phone by the front door and follow the instructions. The room is on the small side, but that was fine since I only needed it to sleep and shower. It was clean, the AC worked well, and I got fresh towels and bottled water each day. The water pressure was probably the strongest I’ve ever had. I stayed in room 301. Convenient location, and I’d recommend it.

The location is good, but the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced. On August 13, 2024, the person handling customer service left me waiting outside in hot, humid weather for an hour. He said he would check the email I’d replied to, but didn’t, and never sent any check-in details. I was sweating heavily and nearly dehydrated. I added the LINE ID and sent my information, but still got no reply to my check-in request and no call. In the end, I unexpectedly had to stay at another hotel, without hearing anything from him.
