The staff and location were both amazing. I was traveling with my seven month baby and had asked for a baby crib. It was brought to my room after check-in. The room was clean, with bottles of water and free snacks. I’ll come back and stay again in the future!

I’ve never been treated so ridiculously by hotel staff. First came a passive aggressive “reminder” call 30 minutes before checkout. Then the phone kept ringing as I was leaving at 12:01. When I asked to store my bag, the man said he’d “take care of it,” but when I came back it was still lying in the lobby exactly where I’d left it. I’d seen other guests’ luggage moved somewhere safe. As I shifted my things around to get ready for the airport, the same man at reception stood watching me the whole time, as if I might steal something from the lobby. What, a chair? The toilet seat? Why the suspicion? I’m a paying guest like everyone else. I don’t know what assumptions he made about me, but he needs to check himself. Was it my clothes? I own plenty of nice things but prefer not to travel in them. Was it my backpack? It’s just easier to travel with. Those explanations shouldn’t even matter. I hope the hotel learns from this and treats all future guests with the same respect.

Breakfast was horrible. The staff were very unpleasant and left me feeling miserable.

The room was clean, though small and without a window. The reception staff were friendly and provided good service.
