Breakfast was awesome, and you can get more coffee if you like theirs. The staff were really friendly and patient, especially while helping us park the car. The room was a bit small, and it got quite noisy when someone walked by the room door.

The cleanliness was tip-top, and the place matched the photos. Just note that the water is transparent, not white. I took off one star because there’s no steam room or sauna.

We booked a private room for two on the same day. The water was hot and the room was really clean. A great place to stay, enjoy!

The room was clean, and the in-room Onsen was great. Check-in isn’t until 6 p.m., much later than the usual 2 or 3 p.m. The service staff were a bit unfriendly.

The room was spacious, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. When I mentioned a small cleanliness issue, they apologized and arranged a room change right away. They were efficient about fixing issues, too. I understand why some people complain about the smell in the room. It comes from the sulfuric hot spring water, which I found to be one of the best minerals for a hot spring. I’ve just checked out after a wonderful, memorable stay, and I’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends. Thank you!
