The manager and staff were so helpful, and I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s right by the harbour, with nice views and old world charm. The rooms are clean and a good size, with plenty of hot water. There are a few delicious seafood restaurants nearby, and it’s ideal if you’re catching the ferry in the morning. The staff can easily help with tickets.

The owner was fairly polite and explained the ferry schedule so I wouldn’t waste money or miss the boat. The location is handy for catching the ferry to Green Island and Blue Island, but the room is on the third floor and there’s no elevator. The facilities are dated, there’s no bathtub or refrigerator, and dining is inconvenient. The bed legs kept moving around, and there was severe mold on the walls. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s handy for taking a boat to Green Island, but getting to the room is a climb: it’s on the third floor and there’s no elevator, so don’t bring too much luggage. There are no slippers, and showering is inconvenient. No toothbrush or toothpaste either. The bed is quite hard and the air conditioning is very loud.
