Bentley Hotel

I had a great stay and would come back when I'm in Zhongli again. The staff were understanding and helpful: I arrived later in the evening, but they accepted a delivery for me and paid the fee before I checked in. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the railway station. My room was roomy and thoughtfully laid out, with a water dispenser and plenty of hangers for wet towels. There was also a small balcony where you could step out for some air in the middle of the night.

The room was okay, but the service was awful and the location was bad. The buffet wasn't worth the price. This place feels like a motel, not a hotel.

The room was bright and had everything I needed, and Taoyuan train station was within walking distance. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Taiwan, and this is one of the best. I liked having a water dispenser instead of a kettle. The reception staff were polite, and a friendly chat made them even warmer. Great hotel!

The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was included until 10am. The first floor has a cute theme, and the staff were friendly. The elevator doors close quickly, so press the hold button if you have luggage. The room smelled unless I kept the AC running hard, though the temperature and airflow were nice. It's a bit of a walk from the train station and there aren't many shops nearby. If you're on foot, the other side of the station might be a better area to stay. Don't walk along the highway side, it felt a bit dangerous. I'd give it around 3.5 stars.
