Hotel J Taoyuan

The rooms were spacious, with plenty of room to move around, and breakfast had enough variety for a decent start to the day. We stayed one night before an early flight, and the location close to the airport was convenient. It was an okay, functional stopover and did the job.

There were plenty of nearby shops for food and groceries, and we enjoyed the breakfast spread. The hotel has car parking, and the room price was reasonable. We had a good rest at Hotel J, with a comfortable bed and a handy location within walking distance of the night market. During the day we explored the neighborhood, including the local market and parks. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is near the airport and easy to reach by car. The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom, but the bathroom had no separation between wet and dry areas, which was a shame. The soundproofing wasn't good enough.

I'm not a hotel customer, but the staff here have been quite helpful when I've asked reception to call me a taxi. The taxis arrive shortly afterward. Update: I stayed one night in October and found it pleasant. The room and facilities had most things a traveler would need, and there were useful things nearby in the neighborhood.
