6/10
The room was small but clean, and the free coffee was good. The location is decent, with shops and restaurants nearby and the MRT about a 10-15 minute walk away. The bathroom has no divider between the shower and toilet, so the whole floor gets wet when you shower. The toilet drain needs to be covered when it's not in use, otherwise it smells. The receptionist was genuinely friendly and helpful, and Mr Yang was hospitable. I'm lowering my rating to 3 stars after checkout, though. Check-in is late at 6pm, but early check-in is allowed if you leave a 5-star Google rating with specific requirements. I don't like that kind of approach to getting reviews that aren't genuine.

It's a good value budget option for a short stay. The place is on the 4th floor of a commercial building, around an 8-minute walk from the metro and close to the center, restaurants, and shops. The room was generally clean and had the essentials, and the Wi-Fi worked well. There was good free coffee in the lobby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was decent for the price, not perfect but good. The lobby was clean and nice, and the receptionist was accommodating, very pretty, and spoke good English. It's easy to find and close to restaurants and convenience stores, really convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back.

We had a good stay overall. The receptionist was very nice and patient with us. We couldn't speak the language, but he managed to communicate using Google Translate 🩵.
