I used to stay here dozens of times, booking through Agoda, Booking, Hotels, and directly, but the staff who dealt with me this time weren't the old ones, and their quality seems to be declining. Around 6 pm, I asked about my parking token and the woman gave me a disgusted look and an awful tone, asking, “Are you a guest?” I'd come in wearing work clothes and hadn't showered yet, but the attitude was still disgusting. I also asked for breakfast in my room because I had important matters to handle and couldn't go to the restaurant, but it never came. My requested wake-up call didn't come either. I was glad I'd set 10 alarms since I'd taken a sleeping pill. At 11 pm I needed the parking door opened because I had no token. The woman had the remote and wasn't alone at the desk, but told me to wait 10 minutes for another colleague while I was in a rush.

I'm a frequent guest, and having no heater available is especially uncomfortable in winter. It could leave guests sick or with a cold, so I find this unacceptable in the cold season. Please consider providing heaters, even small portable ones.

The housekeepers were the friendliest staff, and the restaurant team was okay, but most of the front desk seemed cold, with no smiles or greetings. Breakfast was just so-so. Cleanliness was much worse: there was black mold in the shower, no soap at the bathroom sink, and the carpet was filthy. On my last evening I saw bugs on the bed. They weren't bed bugs, which are hard to see, but actual visible bugs. Clean freaks should beware. I visit Taiwan once or twice a year and always stay in hotels.

I loved staying here. The food was divine, room service was awesome, and the banquet staff were the best. The doorman was superb, reception felt polished, and management was exceptional. Staff were professional and friendly, and made me feel at home while I was away.
