The hotel prohibits pets, but Ms. Cai at the front desk handled my complaint passively, and the manager seemed perfunctory. If pets are allowed, does that mean future guests might encounter pet hair or feces that hasn't been cleaned up? I think people should think twice before booking. On disposing of pet waste, I'd rather address the facts objectively. There's no need to tell people with common sense that cleanliness isn't a concern.
