The breakfast spread was great, and the duck noodles were delicious. Staff were around the pool and kids club cleaning and supervising. The hotel is old, but the facilities were really clean. I was quite impressed.

The kids had a great time in the large pool, and we plan to stay again. The staff were friendly, service was great, and the included breakfast buffet from 7am to 10am had plenty of choices. Our room's layout was a little strange. Opaque glass doors separated the toilet and shower from the main room, and with no hooks or racks in the shower, getting in and out could be awkward. Depending on the room style, the hot tub faucet control can be far from the spout, making it a hassle to check the temperature while filling it. The faucets in our room were worn, the flow control wasn't very good, and the water pressure fluctuated during our stay. It was manageable, but those hardware issues made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been.

We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to another visit. South Garden Hotels and Resorts in the heart of Zhongli has a peaceful atmosphere, and the stay exceeded our expectations. The hot spring bathtubs in our spacious, serene room made for a lovely private spa experience. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff welcomed us warmly. They were professional and attentive throughout. I also enjoyed the hot spring centers, while the fitness center, entertainment room, and green meadows gave us plenty of ways to relax and spend time. The facilities were well appointed, and the staff were dedicated to making guests happy. It was a memorable stay.

The New Year's family event had lots for kids to do, including DIY activities, music, dancing, and little gifts. The warm pool was great for a cold winter. The hotel is a bit old, but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There are lots of different facilities here, including a big, clean SPA area and an outdoor hot spring. The design is kid-friendly, with a dedicated area, and there are also table tennis, pool, and hands football. Kids under 25 kg can use the electronic remote car for free. Some of the facilities were out of order, though. The room was spacious, with a big bathtub and a comfortable, clean bed. I could enjoy the hot spring and fully relax there. There isn't an indoor parking lot, and the windows need to be cleaned better.
