The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave, and everyone said they'd come back. We stayed for two nights, and the owner even came to take our trash the next day. On the first evening, the singing was too quiet, so he came over and adjusted it. The location was great for us too, about a 10-minute drive from all the places we'd planned to visit. The outdoor barbecue space was roomy, with an American-style grill and a gas stove for grilling or stir-frying. October weather was comfortable, and smoke didn't drift into the house. There was also a kids' paddling pool, slide, and play area. Indoors, we found a rice cooker, air fryer, microwave, sterilizer, and children's playroom. The hostess was attentive, and the house and rooms had a light fresh scent, maybe from a diffuser. They left plenty of bottled water, biscuits, ground coffee, tea bags, and coffee pods. There was space for six or seven cars, and the floors were impressively clean. The new owners have really changed the place; it felt brand new. There's an elevator, which helps if stairs are difficult. The family-themed rooms were clean, comfortable, and had strong water pressure.

The best part was how clean everything was, from the living room through to the game room and all around the house. It made me want to leave the place just as tidy when we checked out. The shower had really strong water pressure too. I'd looked online at a lot of guesthouses, but the prices weren't quite what I wanted. Then I found this gem. The artsy-looking owner and his very pretty wife were incredibly warm and friendly. Parking was easy, and there was lots to do: swimming, barbecue, a kids' playroom, mahjong, singing, and even watching cute North American raccoons. Outside there was a slide and a bunch of kids' balance bikes. Once we got there, we didn't want to go out at all. We stayed until checkout. I'd come again if I get the chance, and I'll put in a request with the owners for a Powerpuff Girls room.

It was so clean that even the plush toys were dust-free. I'm almost reluctant to give five stars because booking a room might get even harder. There's space for more than 30 people, so it's great for family or friends to sing and chat together. Adults and kids should both enjoy it.

There's plenty of space for a big group, and we could drink, talk, and sing late into the night. My only complaint was the One Piece themed room for four: its two beds felt like firm mattresses laid on the floor. I'd suggest swapping them for the kind used in the other rooms.
