This family-run B&B is simple and homey, and quite affordable compared with hotels and B&Bs around Yilan. The owner was extremely friendly and looked after every guest. We came from Luodong by taxi since we didn’t have a car. The next day, the owner suggested taking the free community bus, which let us visit local markets and get back to the train station without paying. Breakfast was traditional rice porridge with homemade dishes, and it was delicious. I highly recommend staying here.

The night market is just down the street, and breakfast was delicious. The family were so friendly and helpful, and the hospitality was amazing. 10/10, I’d definitely recommend it!

The owner’s massage is worth trying, even if you’re not staying overnight. His pressure was excellent and he knew exactly where to work. From talking with him, you can tell he’s dedicated to the business and to massage. Call ahead.
