Our flight wasn’t until 9pm, so we booked a day-use room to pass the time, and it was perfect. Rebecca was kind, respectful, and very helpful, always smiling when we had a question. Goldstein was just as kind and shared facts about the Leopard Tortoises we spotted on the hotel grounds. We’ll definitely come back.

The garden is a real treat to walk through, with colorful, exotic trees and herbs everywhere. The huts were clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Staff were always kind and helpful, especially Ruben, who cleans the pool. We loved our morning chats with him. I can highly recommend staying here!

On both ends of our safari, the lodge and staff were amazing. We had a day and a half in Arusha, and the hotel arranged a driver who took us everywhere we wanted to go. I love haggling, so the Arusha market was great fun, friendly, and full of good deals. And Miriam’s massage at the excellent spa really made my day. Thank you so much!

The tree lined setting gave Planet Arusha Lodge a calm, refreshing feel, a lovely way to begin our safari. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we were surprised by how good the pizza and spaghetti were for a transit stay. A wonderful start to the trip.

Planet Lodge is a peaceful retreat in Arusha, surrounded by nature, with a swimming pool for guests. The spacious room had a private balcony, air conditioning, mosquito nets, a comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, a desk, and a TV. The large en-suite bathroom had a shower, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Staff spray the room at 6 PM each evening to help keep mosquitoes away, and extra blankets are available if you ask.
