The staff were all kind and nice. We had to leave at 5am, but they still gave us breakfast. The location worked well, too. We came to Arusha by bus, and it was only a 10-minute Bajaji ride from the bus stop. The room was good, but we couldn’t use the shower.

A perfect spot in downtown Arusha, with a spacious, spotless room. The staff are absolute professionals, and the restaurant serves good food at nice prices. Special thanks to the manager Veronica, who helped us with a personal health issue. 🙏 God bless you, what an honor to meet you!

Decent hotel for a reasonable price, and breakfast was okay. The bathroom was awful, though. Shower water splashed everywhere, the floor stayed wet, and it didn’t drain well. The toilet was set against the wall in our room, so a taller person could barely sit comfortably. That’s why I can only give it 3 stars.

This was conveniently on my way to my destination. The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable, and the hot water worked well. Breakfast was reasonable for the price, and the staff were pleasant and easy to talk to. The access road is pretty rough, but the hotel is only 50 metres from the main road and easy to walk to.

I stayed here on 20 Nov 2024 and had a great experience. The staff are so friendly that it felt like home, and the customer service is amazing. Sarafina at reception is always just a call away if you need help. Rooms are clean and well kept, and there’s WIFI. The rates were very pocket friendly, so it’s ideal for budget travellers.
