The kids got their faces painted, rode the London bus, and took pictures with Winnie the Pooh and Bumble Bee before we left around 4:15. Some parts were good, but the day ended up more stressful than relaxing, and the overall experience was just okay. We’d bought tickets for the Easter lunch buffet and bonanza, then checked at reception what was included. When we reached the event area at noon, nothing was ready yet, and we were told to wait until 1. The kids got bored, so we tried exploring the park, but were told we couldn’t enter because it wasn’t included in our payment. The bouncy castle was initially in direct sun, though staff moved it into the shade after we asked. At 2, we asked when lunch would be served. Nobody had told us it was at the restaurant, and we only found out after asking. We were first told face painting was included, then later told it wasn’t. The egg hunt was meant to start at 4 but never did. Staff seemed confused too, with one person telling us things another hadn’t heard about. Clearer communication and explaining what’s included beforehand would have helped.

The food was tasty, and there were lots of activities to keep the kids occupied. We had a very good time, though it was a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet could be better.

We spent 8 days at the fun retreat, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing stays I've had. The food was amazing, and whenever we went out for the day, they'd clean our shoes.

Kids will have a great time here, and adults can relax too. Service was great, and everything was kept in good shape, especially the water park and outdoor games.
